Carolina Mustard BBQ Sauce
Equipment
- 1 Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Yellow Mustard
- 1-2 tsp Honey — to taste
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup Chicken Stock — optional, can use water
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt — to taste
- 1 tsp Black Pepper — to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, approximately 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- Taste for seasoning.
