Linh Tong’s Vietnamese Peanut Sauce

- 1 Small Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter — no added ingredient peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Mirin Sauce
- 2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
- 4 cloves Garlic — miniced
- 1 tbsp Sweet Chile Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 3 tsp Sambal Oelek — garlic chili sauce
- 3 tsp Sriracha
- 1/3 cup Water — 1/4 to 1/3 cup to thin sauce
Instructions
- In a small sauce pan on medium-low heat, sauté ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Cook until fragrant.
- Add remaining items except water stirring occasionally. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of water. Add more water if necessary.
