  • 1 Small Sauce Pan

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter — no added ingredient peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Mirin Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Minced Ginger
  • 4 cloves Garlic — miniced
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Chile Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 3 tsp Sambal Oelek — garlic chili sauce
  • 3 tsp Sriracha
  • 1/3 cup Water — 1/4 to 1/3 cup to thin sauce

Instructions

  • In a small sauce pan on medium-low heat, sauté ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. Cook until fragrant.
  • Add remaining items except water stirring occasionally. Bring to a gentle boil.
  • Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup of water. Add more water if necessary.
