Equipment

  • 1 Small Food Processor — optional. If you don't have you would have to mince all the ingredients
  • 1 Jar

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 2-4 Whole Chipotles in Adobo
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Lime — for zest
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper — freshly ground
  • 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  • If you have a small food processor, add all of the ingredients and process in a mini chop.
  • If you don't have a small food processor, mince all of the ingredients and stir well into the yogurt.
  • Refrigerate to thicken.
  • Can be stored in a sealed glass jar for up to one week.
