- 1 Small Food Processor — optional. If you don't have you would have to mince all the ingredients

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Non Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2-4 Whole Chipotles in Adobo
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Lime — for zest
- 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper — freshly ground
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
Instructions
- If you have a small food processor, add all of the ingredients and process in a mini chop.
- If you don't have a small food processor, mince all of the ingredients and stir well into the yogurt.
- Refrigerate to thicken.
- Can be stored in a sealed glass jar for up to one week.
